Beyond her corporate role, Melissa is the Co-Founder of Corporate Women Leaders Collective, a community dedicated to elevating women in executive leadership. She also serves as the Omaha Chapter President of the CFO Leadership Council, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing among financial executives.
